Graston Technique is an evidence based form of instrument assisted soft-tissue mobilization (IASTM). This therapeutic technique uses specific applied instruments to promote the mobilization of restricted tissue. Graston effectively treats soft tissue conditions whether they are post surgical, chronic, or acute. The goal is to accelerate recovery and decrease pain by reducing fascial adhesions, breaking down scar tissue restrictions, and promoting healing at the cellular level through cellular reorganization.

Benefits of Graston Technique:

  • Decreases the amount of treatment required for an injury

  • Reduces the use of medication

  • Speeds your recovery

  • Provides a solution to chronic pain
