Frequently Asked Questions
Rehab Lab Wisconsin FAQ
What does Rehab Lab Treatment include?
Treatments involve a range of adjustments both spinal and extremity, mobilizations, stretching, strengthening, neuromuscular facilitation, myofascial release, and rehab & coordination exercises in the privacy of your home and/or the gym space.
There are no extra or hidden charges for any of the services we offer. Dry needling, Cupping, Graston, Active Release, Class IV Laser, Stem Wave, ARP Neuro Therapy, Blood Flow Restriction, and Rock Taping can all be included as part of your session. Your time with us is based on your needs, goals, and preferences.
Why do we work inside a gym facility?
It is important that we have all the tools available to help facilitate your return to sport and/or activity. For this reason, on certain days, Dr. Sam & Dr. Mike work inside Push Personal Fitness located at W 3173 Springfield Dr., Appleton, WI 54915. On certain days, Dr. Sam & Dr. Nick work inside of 21755 Longview Dr, Waukesha, WI 53186.
What should I wear?
Please wear athletic clothing. No jeans. If you have a hip or knee injury, please bring shorts.
Does Rehab Lab accept insurance?
We accept cash, card, and checks only at this time.
Rehab Lab does not take insurance because we do not want insurance companies to tell us what we can and cannot do for our clients. Insurance is designed for sickness, and it’s billed with various diagnosis codes attached. Chiropractic is wellness care. With the Rehab Lab, your care will be centered around your specific health and lifestyle goals, not around arbitrary thresholds intended for the general public.
Do I have to come forever?
No, at Rehab Lab we do not operate like a “traditional chiropractor.” We want you to be pain-free as soon as possible, working to prevent the issue from returning and helping you to then perform to the best of your ability. We will have a treatment plan for you that will highlight when you will be done with care.
What does Rehab Lab treat?
Chiropractors are popular for their skill in treating the many mechanical ailments of the spine, but they do so much more.
